Absolutely do NOT use this Law Office. The Law Office of Douglas C. Smith had me invest thousands as a retainer in February, and has had poor communication with me and absolutely zero communication with the Oklahoma court my case originated out of. I entrusted Mr. Smith with the safety and future of my children, as well as my peace of mind. Do not hire this guy. He will not return ur calls or emails! He will not represent u like he claims and charges you for things he did not do! He did not say one word during our hearing and judge knows nothing about the case besides lies. Oh he claims he knows military laws. Another lie! Absolute fraud. He's a thief!
I have a child support enforcement and modification case. I paid the initial $2200 retainer and then his office forgot to notify my ex about the court date, so the date was pushed back several months (meanwhile, all of this time I have still not received any child support payments). For the second court date, I had to contact his office and remind them to notify my ex about a week ahead of time because they still had not done it!
