10k wasted. Came to the county from upstate on writ. Went to my first court date, it got rescheduled behind some confusion. Sat in the county for a couple months, then got sent back upstate. Never heard anything from him. Finally contacted the clerk of courts to find out that he withdrew my pcra. Never heard from him again
