The building is in shambles. The sign outside shows it's up for sale! The guy on the phone says he is an engineer yet business owner/engineer attorney. Why would he be in a place like this with a sign that the building is on the market! Also, he informed me he is closed on Saturdays! Clearly open! He was argumentative as I explained a meeting would be better where I can show my paperwork and designs! No parking space is available without almost being hit by a car. Besides great service and technical expertise, what I valued most was the strategic planning for my business. We dont need patents for the book shelf we were shown how to use patents to protect our investment from competitors. This part was beyond our expectations.
