Diane helped me get a divorce a few months ago. She was very compassionate and listened to all my concerns. She was very patient and kind during a difficult time I was having. I was able to get my divorce filed and completed in 60 days. I highly recommend Diane for anyone needing a divorce.

Please avoid at all costs! I second any of the negative reviews left on here. They are a true and accurate account of the experience with Diane. Not only is she incredibly biased, basing recommendations on her own personal experiences with her former spouse, but she lacks transparency in her billing practices and does not serve the best interest of the children of the suit, even with evidence provided to her. I used Mz Diana Martinez afew years back !! She helped me get my visition strat with my x who likes keeps my daughter from me so she can have her happy life but still want child support every week but doesn’t take my daughter to visitation meet up !! So this go around I will listen to Mz Martinez on how to handle my x !! I’ll be calling her Monday
