In my opinion was not well prepared. She asked me to find my own expert just a few days before my court hearing. She suggested I find a new attorney when I expressed my dissatisfaction with how the hearing went -in my opinion she was disorganized and the judge ran with that . In my opinion, she is part of the system that is the divorce industry- where attorney charges alot and has client do much paperwork, promises little and keeps client expectations low and fees keep mounting . Working with Diane and her staff for the last couple of years has been an alright experience. Diane is very knowledgeable and thorough. I had a very difficult case and situation which I think at times she handled brilliantly but other times left me scratching my head. Was not very clear with me ever regarding strategy and what the goals are.
