We were recommended to Dennis by a former client who sang his praises and, in fact, had strongly suggested we contact him much earlier. I wish we had. I wouldn't have lost my retirement trying to vainly save my house from foreclosure if I had. Dennis, a brilliant gentleman of quick wit and compassion is very methodical in his approach to bankruptcy. He is also ethical as he insists you meet the criteria for bankruptcy and won't be party to any deception! When I went before the bankruptcy judge, she said my documentation was thorough and clearly demonstrated I met the standard for Chapter 7 that was intended by the lawmakers. She easily ordered my discharge and opined I was ably assisted by a very competent professional! That professional was Dennis McGoldrick. 9 years later, I still appreciate how he helped to end a dark chapter in our lives and allowed us to make a new start! He is the best!
