Hiring David Lange was the biggest mistake I could have made. He completely sold me out in court, rushed me through the process, and ignored everything we had previously discussed. Initially, he assured me that my case would either get dismissed or, worst-case scenario, we’d fight it at trial. That turned out to be a complete lie. Before the hearing, we spoke to the officer, who was willing to drop my case. Unresponsive. Took my retainer. Worked with me two times. We agreed to mutually part ways and he failed to either give an accounting for of return the extra retainer. Fraudulent. He also appears to be one who will try to get away with what he thinks he can… unethical. If he senses he can take your money — you’re in a weak position — he will and never look back. It’s sick.
Lange is unprofessional, rude, and careless. He takes your money, stop taking any of your calls. Lange will block you and don't respond to emails. $2000 wasted!!! He didn't come to the first court appearance, and on the first visit was just 10 minutes, which was put on a timer. Takes all your documents for court instead of requesting it from the attorney, and then asked you to buy a book so he could further investigate the case. Lange needs to be disbarred permanently.
