I can't recommend David enough. He is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand your situation by asking a lot of questions before giving advice. I never felt rushed, and I always felt that he truly cared about helping in the best way possible. What I liked most is that he's honest. There's a reason David Miklas is a nationally known employment law attorney (even though he's Florids-based)--he's uber knowlegeable AND he can communicate the most intricate employment laws in an understandable (and often humorous) way. I've just left a legal update meeting where he presented, and I learned more about what employers should and shouldn't be doing than I have in a month's worth of reading.
