Update: After trying for over 14 months with this attorney as my public’s defense in a harassment case, it has gone absolutely awry. David shows 0 confidence when it comes to trial. He kept pushing me over and over to take a plea when I am innocent and not only that HE IS MY ATTORNEY. Yet he sounds like the prosecutor. He kept telling me “you did it.
