This man is double dipping. On one hand he represents families and on the other hand he prosecutes them. Either way he works for the county not the clients. He is married to the director of Children and Youth, and alternates between being the paid solicitor for CYS and "defending" families in his private practice. Either way he wins because everybody gets paid from the adoption bonuses from the federal government. Do not aid and abet this crime-ridden county.

Had me sign forms in the hallway of his office because he told me that he would be out of town. While iwas signing them he sneaked in the back way. When he saw me he disapeared. My wife at time told me not to trust him.
