David was awesome. Last month was a horrible month for us. Our landlord gave us a notice to leave or he would file for eviction. We didn't know how, why or what we did to or if it was legal for the eviction. We went to David Hilburn to look over the notice. He read the notice and the contact, lease. He advised us to speak with the landlord to try to get out of the lease since the landlord broke the contract and just move.
