Awful treatment of clients. Catherine Pratt was rude, disrespectful and flat out did not do her job. She in no way advocated for her client (my family member). She relayed info from the other attorney basically stating that it had to be accepted, while belittling and not advising her. The spelling errors alone & utter lack of attention to detail was atrocious for a law firm. Do NOT waste the large sums of money they will charge on an attorney that does not care and treats her clients like garbage.
Wow..this was the worse experience with a business I have ever had. I hired this firm in November 2024 to help with a real estate sale. Previously, I had the pleasure of working with S. Castleton on my late father's estate. She was at a different firm at that time and was amazing, so I hired her again at this new firm. Did I get screwed? Yep. Catherine Pratt is the best attorney I really participate her and her hard work getting everything thrown out.
