We purchased our house with Dan as our attorney. We were very anxious and nervous home buyers and he really helped with the process.
I highly recommend Daniel for your real estate needs. He is incredibly thorough with his attention to detail, picking up on things that our previous attorney had missed. Even when things get stressful, he has this zen-like presence that just seems to diffuse situations with ease. Looking forward to working with him again in the future!
We hired Dan as our attorney when selling our home and could not be less satisfied. He failed to represent our best legal interest (verified by a second opinion from a real estate attorney). His legal advice was to leave things that were not agreed upon in contract and to pay for cosmetic repairs to the home that the buyers wanted.
