I consulted Daniel Spence for a misdemeanor case and he talked a very smooth talk and convinced me that with him, the outlook was great: reduce the charge at worst and dismiss it at best. Apparently, he thinks all a lawyer does is smooth talk and wear a suit because for $1500, his tactic for my defense was to dress to impress and try to get the DA’s ear five minutes before the hearing.
