I was deceived by these misleading reviews. Don't let them fool you! Daniel and his unscrupulous assistant are completely devoid of empathy and kindness. They are nonchalant, wicked, and utterly unprofessional. Their operation lacks systems, structures, processes, and any sense of urgency. They expect you, the client, to "know" everything without offering any guidance or support. It's clear that to them, clients are just files and dollar signs.
