He helped me stay calm and, although he said to keep answers short and answer only what I was asked and this was helpful. His best advice was to tell the truth. I have a very high opinion of this man. He is kind, but he is tough. If you want an attorney who will fight for you, he is the one.
Mr. Bernstein represented me in a case in which a corporation tried to renege on a contract that they had insisted I sign. They shouldn't have, Dan brought them to the table and I received fair compensation. I appreciated his determination, tenacity and skill.
