Don’t hire this guy if you have a DUI or Domestic. He doesn’t take it to trial or doesn’t fight for you and helps the state gets a conviction. Actually forced me to accept a plea I did not want. Waste of money and time he will ruin your life.
Used him for my divorce. Office was very hard to reach,I only spoke to him once before the court date,I was heavily pregnant and living 3 hours away, repeatedly they where supposed to set up zoom but but never did,which I found out later would have been easy to do,they didn't care at all about me personally or advocating for me it was a very scary experience, also many typos and errors on there paperwork,lowest retainer for any lawyer in the area...
I wish I could leave 0 stars. Huffman was a very incompetent lawyer. My husband used him for a family lawyer for two and a half years. I can count on my two hands how many times we actually spoke to Huffman, even during emergencies he was extremely hard to contact. He barely got anything done, dragging out the court process an excessive amount of time. And then drop my husband as a client as soon as he could, without any warning.
