Very disappointed in attention to details. Mr. Serpico did not do one thing he said he would do in prep for my hearing nor did he explain in detail the hearing to me or prep me to give testimony at the hearing. He said he would arrive 15 minutes early to conference with me. instead he was 10 minutes late which left me to speak with police officer alone which did not go well.
