Adjuster was unprofessional. Very rude to the client (me). Had a very aggressive tone towards me. Didn't update me much or send reminder. I keep calling the office Even close the case without telling me why. In my opinion they are really unprofessional

After many attempts to reach this office about another child's adhd medication given to my 6yr old daughter and the nurse in question denied even giving my child medication which led her to be rushed to the hospital, noone from this office ever reached out whatsoever I won't ever refer them to anyone.
