Unfortunately, Charles time as a lawyer, or at least a competent one has expired. This man had everything possible in front of him to simply get us through the most basic of summary judgments and couldnt pull it together on the day of court. Then, prevented us from being able to effectively act on our own for reconsideration or even appeal because he refused to notify the court of his withdrawal...despite the fact he knew we were within days of the statute of limitations window expiring.
