Charles and his team made this process very easy. This can be very emotional, though they are not therapists or counselors the entire team was reassuring, comforting and answered all questions in a timely manner. I was never left wondering what was happening. Tough love was involved but sometimes we need it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome even after all the twist and turns we encountered.
