Terrible phone etiquette and service.
I had custody matter and I needed a lawyer by 4:30 on Friday back then all I had was the yellow pages. I immediately saw Attorney Beverly’s name and I called and explained my situation and that I needed file an appeal by 4:30. Without seeing me that day she told me that she was going to file the appeal and to see her Monday to sign my retainer . She called me that same day around 5 and told that she filed that appeal.
