Racist egoistic and disrespectful. “I wanted to visit the office in person to discuss my SIJ status. At first, they told me that the new government had canceled it. However, when I stated that this was not true, they checked on their computer and realized that what they had said was incorrect. They kept trying to discredit my request by providing false information about the status. Throughout the conversation, they were speaking in a loud tone and even shouting. Because of their behavior, I decided to leave the office.”
