My husband and I were stopped at a red light when we were rear ended. It turned out tbe car next to us had a dash cam and gave my husband the entire accident. A car slammed into a truck that was behind us, also stopped. After the police arrived we found out that the driver who did the hitting was drunk and high and it was her second time.
