My nephew had her as an associate judge and she allowed a woman (nephew’s soon to be ex-wife) with severe mental issues and clearly neglected the children to have full custody. I believe she is not an unbiased judge and definetly has no common sense. People that have been charged with domestic violence should not have custody of children that is the law. I highly recommend anyone who has been misrepresented by her or has had an unfair judgement by her should file for an investigation to be opened on her like we did.
Horrible, clearly abuse of power as a judge, competency level to hear cases and be impartial low. Didn't allow evidence enter into hearing on ability to pay. Supposal support is not based off a person equity in marriage it supposed to be determined if it's needed. Believe all women this kook moto
