These are now The Morgan. It’s been bought by corporate owned people and now it sucks. There’s no one on site any longer and repairs take forever or they just don’t happen. All they care about is renovating so they can charge higher rents.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time while living here. Ivy Court provided a safe & friendly environment for all - Ginnie goes the extra mile in making sure her tenants are happy and taken care of. After 1 year, I would've loved to have continued living here but life happened and we sadly had to move on. I have nothing but great memories from Ivy Court! 10/10.
Love the Ivy Courts apts. Have not fulfilled my full-year lease yet, but can see my lady living out our years here, until we can afford to buy. Many of the tenants in the building have been here for some time now - in my opinion, attributed to the following: 1) Convenience - Thriftway, Starbucks, The Bev. Place, mail center, yoga studio, are all literally beneath us. The C-line is also on our corner. 2) Clean & professional - Ginnie is our owner & building manager.
