Poor communicator, not responsive in a timely manner, took my money without delivering service, unfriendly affect, condescending and I question the knowledge base. He charged me for an initial consult, was not adequately prepared for the conversation and then went dark on me. He actually suggested charging me $1,200 to write a simple letter. My takeaway is that he values revenue over the client, and when I communicated that to him he did not respond. Don’t waste your hard earned cash on this guy!

I had a negative experience with him. He was not prepared to handle something he considered and labeled as a complex divorce case and appeared intimidated by the GAL (Angel Traub). I paid 35k and couldn’t even get the divorce finalized. He asked for 10k more and since I didn’t provided it he filed his withdrawal and the trial date that was already set was canceled merely 30 days from happening.

Mr. Brian represented my case in perfect manner and how I wanted it done. He was fair in making judgment calls and prompt in his responses.
