I hired Brian Perskin during a desperate time for me and stuck with him because I didn't know any better; I hired him to be the legal professional. I learned too late in the game that he has no idea what he's doing and no business practicing law. All of my worst suspicions became reality when his decisions became legal missteps, one after the other. He's careless and not very knowledgeable. Really?? Does anyone ever bother checking Brians ratings on all the websites? He is either rating himself(which would be really sad) or someone is doing it deliberately for him. I hired brian for a custody case, simply put he either showed up late consistently or didnt show up at all. Whats worse he would tell me that i dont pay him enough to do that? dont waste your time or money with him
I recommended this law office to my sister after reading the yelp reviews. She made an appointment and went with my mom this week for a consultation. When I asked them how it went, I was extremely disappointed her hear how they were treated. My sister was treated disrespectfully. The attorney she met with was extremely off-putting. This man is manipulative, arrogant, obnoxious, corrupt and greedy liar, not lawyer. He has colluded with my ex defending all her interests, failing to present any evidence of her financial manipulations and thefts at my divorce trial, he discredited me at the trial as faking my physical disability, he hid all the documents proving my ex's frauds.
