We used Mr. Pritchard 2 years ago and will continue to use this firm. You don’t always get the outcome you want in situations but honesty and integrity of this firm is out of this world amazing. We had no idea of how bad our life was fixing to be wrecked. They helped us out in the worse of worse case situation and worked double time to help us through. If I could give this firm 0 stars, I would. There is absolutely no communication and no common sense. All they did was waste my mom’s time and money. My mom was basically robbed without a gun by this firm. They continuously charged her but failed to ever reach out or keep her informed. This review is not technically for Brett, but for a lawyer at his firm, Rebecca Griffin. My family has know the Pritchard Family for years, and he has provided us with representation in the past, so when my step daughter was in need of a lawyer for child custody, I did not hesitate when I said Brett Pritchard.
