Do not use this law firm! They took a 7k retainer amd did absolutely nothing and the attorney Brett knew nothing about my case the day of the hearing. He was completely unprofessional asking about if my antidepressant medication works ..in front of other people . He kept saying he needed to go to his car and acted uninterested in helping me with my custody case. This law firm is both negligent and incompetent. I hired them for a divorce/child custody case in which timeliness was essential. In the week and a half after I hired them and paid a retainer of $8,500 they failed to do anything whatsoever. My assigned attorney never reached out to me so I scheduled an appointment with him. On the day of the appointment I was told he could call anytime during the day, which is very inconvenient if you have a job and life to attend to. Beware that the attorney you speak to for intake of your case may not be the attorney that represents you. And although you object and protest, you will be forced to accept an attorney of this firm’s choosing. The attorney handling the case lacked advocacy skills and was not prepared.
