He is absolutely by far the worst attorney I have worked with. He gets butt hurt super easy, gets beat by the worst attorneys in court, can't negotiate to save his life, is extremely dishonest, has no problem running up the bill on your dime, doesn't know the code, gives you encouragement in the beginning and leaves you out to dry at the end. There are pages and pages of things I can say about Brent but, suffice it to say that he is awful in every single way! If you want satisfactory results, DO NOT HIRE BRENT CHIPMAN!

Unfortunately, I have needed Brent's help for several years and would not go anywhere else. As is claimed on the website, Brent is aggressive, organized, realistic, and a diplomatic negotiator. My only regret was not using Brent sooner. My original divorce attorney left some gaps in my case and wasn't as knowledgeable, aggressive nor experienced as Brent. I know divorces aren't generally a good experience however, once I was referred to, and met with Brent, I felt a HUGE weight lifted from my mind. He is extremely knowledgable, professional, ethical and goes to bat for you quickly and aggressively. It was an excellent experience to say the least. He was able to get my divorce settled and finalized in record time. I'm very happy with the results and wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend giving him a call!

Brent was a great support to me during the divorce and kept me focused on the big picture. Very knowledgeable and an incredible resource. He was responsive and direct and didn't put up with any BS. Divorce is such a nasty mess, there is is no replacement for experience.
