These people called my cell at 8:10am. 1st violation of the FTC. I was an Operations Manager of a debt collection company. When I asked the gentleman was this an attempt to collect a debt by a debt collector he didn't want to identify 2nd violation. But eventually he identified. First of all I didn't receive ANYTHING in writing and I have 30 days to respond! No your rights as a consumer.
