I am a native Arizonan, raised with three sisters and two brothers on the south side of Tucson. My father had a ninth grade education and my mother an eighth. After high school I served four years in the U.S. Air Force, and thereafter I returned to attend the University of Arizona. I received my law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law, was an Assistant Attorney General, and served as legal counsel within the Department of Corrections until 1998. He was appointed to me by my ex wife's lawyer. From the beginning he stated that he was not taking this case to trial..from the moment I talked with him..he tried to determine me to not goto to trial..and during this case I had a stroke and couldn't talk..I had to learn how to talk all over again..I wanted to postpone the case to get better..but he didn't do his job advocating for me..didn't return calls and was rude to me and my girlfriend..I hope you haven't hired him yet.. there is anyone better .
