I found Ben's law office in a web search and took a chance they could help me remotely navigate some thorny issues in New Mexico estate law that were vexing me. He's knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and reasonably priced. I'd go back to him again in the unfortunate situation that I had more such issues.
Benjamin Hancock handled a very difficult legal situation for my family. If you need an attorney, hire the attorney two other attorneys recommend to you.
Denise, who I am assuming is a receptionist, tells her clients they are not a priority. This office does not return phone calls or has any sort of organized communication channel. Would not recommend.
John and the team he assembled went beyond and above at times to help us in a complicated guardianship matter . I would recommend him to tackle your guardianship situation no matter how complicated.
