I had an extremely frustrating experience with Thomas J. Henry Law. I initially reached out multiple times via email and phone after my car accident, but received absolutely no response for months. When they finally got back to me, they informed me that they couldn't help with my case and referred me to the State Bar of Texas. Their response was terrible, and I felt completely ignored and abandoned. Their idea of "assistance" was simply giving me a State Bar number and passing me off without any real support or guidance.
