Absolutely the worst lawyer I have ever had to deal with. Weeks after weeks of no responses to messages or calls on her portal. Never did one thing to benefit my case. Claimed she was talking to the opposing lawyer, and nothing ever came out of it. She claimed that she was in talks with someone from the opposing lawyer's office and would get back to her in a couple of days, never heard one thing back from her. I reached out to this office with questions in regard to a potential possible garnishment. There are several options that could be explored in this situation however this office kept bringing up bankruptcy. Why I would file a bankruptcy over something under $3,000 is beyond me. They communicated over the phone once, where I was continuously cut off while talking, bankruptcy was brought up over and over again. gave these people all my legal/personal information and never heard nothing back from them after they promise to help me, the worst/racist
Barbara and her staff were so wonderful through the process of filing for bankruptcy. I am a newly single mom getting out of a bad situation which put me in uncontrollable debt and Barbara was so very kind and caring. I have recommended her to my coworker and will continue to recommend her to anyone in need.
