Terrible communication, if you are in need of quick and reliable service I would look elsewhere. Audra is extremely unorganized and does not deliver when she says she will. I was promised I was next on her list and that she would have my paperwork completed in a week no later...She wasted a week and half of my time and then ended up returning my filing fee because she did not do anything...telling me she is too busy.
