Ashley is nice and professional. However it is very hard to get a hold of in all forms of communication. This could be because she has large case load, I’m not 100% sure. This also could be I keep calling when she is with someone or court. However, I feel it should not weeks to get a call back. Other than that she is wonderful. She listen, and gives great advice.
