I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Fred Arquilla who, it became apparent, was struggling with significant cognitive issues, likely related to dementia. From the outset, his communication was disjointed and unclear. Meetings were often missed or rescheduled, and when we did meet, he seemed unable to follow the details of my case. Attorney Pie will set up appointments for consultation, and ghost you. He has done this multiple times. Why advertise that you are available for new clients, and not show up or have your staff call. Unprofessional to say the least
Fred and his team are seasoned professionals. I had multiple issues with a vindictive woman and we were awarded the divorce (even though the Ex bought suit), We won a Custody Battle when the Ex wanted to pull my children out of state, and the Team just got my Ex to sign a $40,000 2 party IRS check that she refused to sign for 6 months. I can't say enough good things about this team. This is the place to go to find an honest, consciences, and humble Legal Team!!
