Not proactive. Not communicative. Worst record-keeping. Disorganized. I would have to look up my own case online, and then reach out with questions about next steps. They helped save my mother's house from a fraudulent quit-claim deed, and for that I am thankful. But in the end, we had to go to court several times to fix documents they prepared because they kept doing things incorrectly or insufficiently.
