he was closing attorney on property with lis pendens, and active litigation , my home , how the hell did he get involved he knew seller had no right to sell it, is it fraudent conveyance yes, , is buyer bone-fide purchaser NO
The office, when a deal for the purchase of a house is not approved by the bank, they charge the entire amount as if the purchase was completed and deduct the purchase deposit from the refund check. That is not professional.
