Here is my opinion of my experience with the Shin Law Office and my assigned attorney, Basil Al-Qaneh. I was assigned to this firm through my legal insurance provider, ARAG, and Basil Al-Qaneh was the attorney designated to handle my case. My experience was marked by miscommunication, procedural missteps, and questionable legal advice.
