We had used this firm for my mother and was very pleased with the knowledge we were given. Therefore, my husband and I decided to use them for our Trust/Wills. I would definitely recommend this firm.
First impression was great they ended up extremely over priced in the end, the billing was extremely questionable. You pay to talk to them, again for them to talk to each other, (including the receptionist). If that's not bad enough they bill you to write you a letter, talk about the letter, review the letter and mail you the letter. Unheard of in any other office.
Professional and persistent at getting results. Always available when I needed their help. Offered multiple facilities for meeting.
