This place is awful!!! I was making payments and missed a couple buy made them up and they garnished my wages. Got another garnishment letter in the mail last, I asked them how they coins garnish my wages when I hadn’t been to court, they said they go a judgment against me, I looked at the court case, and oh what a mess
This place has changed its name too DJR my bank got a letter from DJR to garnish my bank account for a bill I knew nothing about and wasn’t mine and they refused to give me any info saying they could take my money without ever having to notify me and said they asked my bank how much money I have which doesn’t sound legal at all to me! DJR are cooks
What a horrible place. Shady tactics, rude people that answer the phone. People that work here are below the scum of the Earth. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
Try to request a new judge if your able too when dealing with this law firm. The judge only sides with the attorney which is a sign you need to lawyer or try to get another judge. Pay attention to your elected officials and vote for one's that work with the people.
The people employed by this “Law Firm” are very shady. They garnished my adult kids account when we were already making payments and they have nothing to do with this debt. I have been calling everyday sometimes twice a day trying to get my kids reimbursed. They are just giving us the run around and making excuses on when they will get reimbursed. My next step will be to file a formal complaint with the Kansas Bar Association on this attorney and law firm.
