We were so pleased with the care and attention to detail, that Adam showed us. He made going through a very stressful time bearable. The communication was excellent and we were always given clear instructions on what to do next, to get the best care for my husband’s injuries. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. When I tried to explain my concern, the representative rudely said they couldn't hear me and abruptly hung up the call. This level of disrespect and poor communication is unacceptable.
