Not only does he lack basic professional attire, but his lack of preparation and hygiene is present in his work ethic. I was referred to him by the Onondaga County BAR Association. When at that time I was refereed to him, they did not tell me that his first consult is free. I spoke to Joseph for an hour or two, he promptly accepted $100 taking advantage of my lack of understanding.
