The office staff are lazy and don’t do anything. They do not communicate. They claimed to send out a sleep study order 4 months ago (they didn’t. sleep study center never received it) then they sent it over after a month and a half which caused me to have my appointment cancelled. The sleep center sent it to insurance immediately. Insurance has contacted the office three times requesting info for my approval and they have ignored my insurance(over a month now).
