Jason reviewed an MSA for my startup and did an excellent job. He was thorough, thoughtful, and clearly understands the practical needs of early-stage companies negotiating enterprise agreements. His guidance was extremely helpful in tightening the document and making sure key protections were in place. The turnaround was quick, and the cost was very reasonable.
