I honestly regret ever hiring this law firm for my car accident case. I’m a paralegal myself, so I don’t make this statement lightly. There was a minor misunderstanding regarding a document request early on, but the staff corrected it immediately and followed up personally to ensure everything was handled properly. Mistakes happen anywhere, but their willingness to fix it quickly earned my respect.

Immense gratitude to Brian, Tom, Pam, and Olivia. They put so much time and effort into our case and were incredibly responsive whenever we had any questions or concerns. They are all highly knowledgeable and compassionate. We felt at ease with them inside and outside of the courtroom, which was essential in such a stressful and lengthy process.
