This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer. Don’t arrange anything over the phone. I was promised that my old case could be sealed over the phone, after saying that I myself tried to seal it (twice) a couple months prior. Well, it’s not legal to seal a record for 2 years after you have tried to seal it already and it was denied, something he should have known, or told me over the phone.
