Henry was the Director of the Veterans Benefits Aid Council that closed up earlier this year. The business took money up front from our nations veterans including my father and did not perform the work requested. Fraud! Added for response: If you pay somebody up front to work with the VA to submit a claim and it never gets submitted, the job was not completed. Yes the VA is incompetent, no they never received a claim submission for what you were paid to do. Clear facts!
