Not an attorney that can be trusted. I was referred to Mr. Fincher's practice by David Day. The assistant who answered the call initially informed me Mr. Fincher's office is not accepting legal malpractice cases and referred me back to Mr. Day. When I told her that Mr. Day had referred me to Mr. Fincher, she put me on hold, checked with someone back in the office for several minutes, then proceeded with taking my intake info. Henry was the Director of the Veterans Benefits Aid Council that closed up earlier this year. The business took money up front from our nations veterans including my father and did not perform the work requested. Fraud! Added for response: If you pay somebody up front to work with the VA to submit a claim and it never gets submitted, the job was not completed. Yes the VA is incompetent, no they never received a claim submission for what you were paid to do. Clear facts!

Not willing to even hear or consider concerns, obviously and strictly looking for big money personal injury cases. Don't recommend. I personally did not contact, an immediate family member attempted to reach out for assistance based on information for this firm as to what type of cases were handled and within their experience. Although not every case can be a multi million dollar personal injury concern, it's very misleading to list all the types of ligation handled if you either don't have the depth of staff to work such or... read more
